I was there two years ago.  I'm interested in going, don't know if I would show equipment again.  I would not be able to help with the show, I'm old and live sixty miles downrange.

Yes. I would be interested if we can get enough people to bring their cans to demo. I'm in Houston and the ability to demo headphones here is dismal outside of a ****ty setup in Magnolia at Best Buy.

I am fine with any date. I can help with setting up the meet too, hopefully under close supervision from @Maxvla .

Also, if participation is low, we can look at bumping up the fees, to recoup the costs, so no one person feels the pinch.

@sathyam, you live in Austin right? If I'm the one that gets a venue together, I think I'll ask you to take pictures so we can figure out a layout. But the most important thing we can do right now is try to get Texan Head-fiers aware of a possible meet. Try to get a good attendance number, and figure out who can bring what gear.

I have my old spreadsheets in google docs. A good way to drum up interest is mass pming those who've shown interest before.
