You should be able to see album art in the now playing screen.../ignore I figured it out all on my own
I have bought a Aurialic Aries 2.1 today and have just set it up. One question (hopefully its just me missing something obvious) is that I would expect cover art to appear on the unit when playing songs, but I just get the Auralic logo - is this something I need to enable? Am streaming via Qobuz and Tidal if that matters.
My Aries Mini appears to have stopped working with Singxer F1 after the 9.3 update. The combo has worked flawlessly for many years before that. I can still see the F1 in the Lightning app but no music can be played through it. The F1 is still working fine with other streamers and computers.Has anyone experienced any freezes with the latest 9.3 update? Mine keeps freezing for some reason, and after some troubleshooting I turned off replaygain analysis and that did the trick. It was on the Aries G2 with power supply mod.
It's working just fine now, thankfullyMy Aries Mini appears to have stopped working with Singxer F1 after the 9.3 update. The combo has worked flawlessly for many years before that. I fixed my issue by disabling resampling. My Aries Mini appears to have stopped working with Singxer F1 after the 9.3 update. The combo has worked flawlessly for many years before that. Only way I see it is using airplay. Since it's the g1, it won't be using airplay 2, meaning it will output in standard CD qualityI am considering Aries G1. I prefer to use Apple Music as my primary source, how do I get the best possible sound quality?
Yea, I believe I mailed them years ago with exactly this question. From memory they acknowledge that this means the balanced output is not fully balanced internallynot sure where this sits + this is pretty old device (Taurus MK2)
just a question in relation to the volume control of the device: I saw a pic which seems it uses a Alps pot but looking at the length, it's only 2 gang instead of 4. thoughts?
No I don't need to fix it. Just seems the device is not fully balancedStrange. Do you need to fix it?
It isn't. SadlyNo I don't need to fix it. Just seems the device is not fully balanced
Why would you care if it's not fully balanced? Fully balanced is just more expensive. It isn't. Sadly
