AUDIOSENSE in-ear monitors Impressions Thread

Are there any graphs for the AQ7? $500 in this covid economy is a bit of a risk, maybe $400 with early adopter/fan discount is still a bit too pricey for me.

They were also supposed to release it in june, but it is already July, and there's no news on release date. Though I rather they take their time to make a good IEM rather than rush things for datelines and come with a halfbaked product.
No idea about the graphs. But the price was definitely the biggest factor into me losing interest in it (also because of the big size).

Sad that it seems that the interest in the AQ7 just kinda died when they the price was revealed lol. :joy:

I was definitely interested in AQ7 but not sure how much longer I can wait. Maybe by the time it's released I will have moved on and save myself some cash. Penon orb has also caught my eye, but I'm seeing if the hype dies down a bit.

I just spoke with Audiosense, they have confirmed that they are currently working on printing all the shells for the AQ7, and are translating all the files to english.
(They said that they expect it to take at least two weeks before they can release the AQ7) I'd rather have them take longer and perfect everything.
Audiosense has never disappointed, i'm really looking forward to the AQ7!

Every chifi should follow Moondrop with SSR.
Release a slide/pamphlet with all specs + pics in there.
Follow Moondrop regarding pre-release information given, NOT follow regarding tuning of the SSR, correct? I definitely agree about the pre-release information.

A retailer in Thailand said that the AQ7's price will be 15900 Thai Baht. Which would be around €450 or $510
However Audiosense themself also stated that " we will do some special rebate discount for our old fans and buyer".

Maybe if we're lucky, the price would end up being €400 after the special discount?
Only time will tell!

Need an Audiosense rep here
True, that is the one aspect some other brands edges out with customer support. Like Final Audio.

And Moondrop. Plus their reps don’t get too defensive or argumentative at all. They just provide information and support. It goes a very long way towards customer satisfaction.

Guys, there is a first review AQ7 on the player.ru. Translator to help. http://player.ru/showthread.php?t=251089

Thanks for the headsup!

He says it is not as ergonomic as T800, that's a bit disappointing. I already felt the T800 was at the border of comfort for me due to the too big shell. It doesn't matter how great an IEM sounds, cause if it is uncomfortable, that will be the limiting factor. But good that it isn't as bright as the T800 according to this review.
