So I've gotten to love my w1000x, as well as the Audio Technica sound! An now I'm looking at buying a second Audio Technica can :D, so as I'm growing to be a Big Audio Technica fan, I want to know where my fellow ATH lovers are <3

I'm thinking of trying or getting one of the W series, they look so damn nice and sound good from what I read, especially the W3000ANV but I can't afford them right now T_T.

I really like AT's bright sound signature, sparkly trebles and forward mids.

Had AD2000, W1000, ESW9, ESW11JPN.  Reordered ESW9 because they are my favorite ATH.  The ATH-ESW9 are like what a Grado RS1 would sound like if they were closed headphones on a very tubey tube amp.

very nice! Has any one compared the ad a900x and the Dt 880? I hear they share a simmilar sound sig, one in tilt ot highs, one in tilt of mids

Still I have to wait a day before I can buy my ad a900x off amazon q.q getting a little anxious, as it sounds PERFECT for what I needed, a portable can simmilar to my w1000x, and the $100 price tag [for refurbished] is most epic. That price alone easily makes it better than the K550, which I'll be demoing the k550 and the AD A900x at the same time <3

Oh man, is this the only ATH fan club thread on the site? I couldn't find another one.
