Hey guys, so I've been looking for a pair of portable headphones right now, and I was really hoping someone could tell me the difference between the ATH-M50 and ATH-PRO700 SV/MK2
 
I can't seem to find a thread comparing these three...
 
Please help someone?
 
I listen to : metal rock dubstep drum & bass trance alternative hiphop rap r&b (lol almost everything)
 
also is the SV or MK2 better?

Sorry dude I really wish I could help you :/ I've listened to the AT ATH-M50's amped and they are just FANTASTIC *better than a 300 dollar pair of 300 dollar Byerdynamic Pro's IMO* but I haven't heard the other headsets... The main three I'm looking at are Audio Technica ATH-PRO700MK2, Audio Technica ATH-M50, and Audio Technica ATH-PRO500BK... Right now in just looking at the specs I'm very much so leaning toward the PRO700MK2's *bigger drivers... me gusta*
