Can the MULLARD CV4014/6064/M8083/EF91 work on HA-22Tube ?

Three years have passed, and no more posts? Has there not been anyone who has the HA5050H? It would be good to see how this compares to the higher end digital amps & dacs (Chord TT2 etc) with AT's own headphones?

If you can find one, buy it. They will always remain relevant, if dac technology improve, you can also bypass the day section.
My biggest regret is having the opportunity to buy one at a good price and I didn't.

They are still available new to purchase in the UK - at a premium. Have you ever listened to one long enough to form an opinion? I am looking at amp/dac in this price region such as Chord Hugo 2, but something like this that has gone off the radar may just be a better pairing for the Audio Technica AWKT Kokutan I have purchased recently. It seems to be highly regarded from the few reviews available.

Yea, three occasion, twice with hd800s and one time with ATH DX5000. HA5050 with DX5000 can be end game for vast majority. It has detail, speed, body thanks for HA5050.

This amps power IEM and headphones equally well.
How I wish I bought the second hand unit for 40% off retail, well it's too late now.
Edit: Also look into Denon sx1,pair that with luxman p750, this combo should be in the same price bracket as ha5050, but will outclass it in every way.

So the HA5050 in your opinion will get more out of AT's than digital alternatives as Chord Hugo TT2 etc? How does the Luxman P750i better the HA5050? Did you have this also to listen to as a comparison?
