You can get someone to help you out. I believe the DC input cable is 6.0 1.4 mm core

I don't do DIY, pls. share amazon or aliexpress link for BHA100 compatible DC input cable or adapter. Thanks

I recently tried the iFi Audio Elite power supply and this is a great sounding power supply for the BHA-100. The noise floor is very quiet and the background is much blacker allowing listener to hear deeper into the soundstage. Highly recommended. Use the DC adapter I recommended above. Spatial cues and imaging are more solid as well. I like the Elite so much that I am buy the 12V version for my Denon DA-310 USB DAC/amp as well.

Why not buy this??
https://www.fiio.com/newsinfo/689560.html

I use this on my BHA100 with very good results. I will check the DC socket and get back to you.
Hi, have another question about Amperage, bha100 needs DC 15v and 2.4A, fiio PL50 provides DC 15V and 2A, which is lower . Is that a risk to BHA100? I was watching a youtube video on V + Amps and he suggested that V = V and A >than A. In our case we should be looking for power supply 15V DC = bha100 15V DC and power supply A >than bha100 A 2.4. I am worried if i decide to use Fiio PL50 which has lower Amperage it may damage BHA100 ? Thx

Risk is on the PSU and not on the BHA-100. At worst, you will keep blowing the fuse on the PL50. I personally have not blown any fuse.

Thanks, i really trust ifi products so my first preference, ifi elite has 15v 3.5A, so it is perfect. Bha100 has 15v 2.4a so it can consume only 2.4A out of 3.5A this way both devices are safer. Before i place order, i hope ifi elite 15v 3.5A model comes with a compatible DC pin for bha100? Thanks

Yes, the ifi product is great and it sounds better than the FiiO. Highly recommended to go with iFi elite!

FYI- Did some research on Amps calculations, BHA100 has a power consumption of 25W max , it coverts to 1.67A. So power supply around 1.67A should be ok….

A friend of mine did a similar cals and he said that the FiiO PL50 should be okay as well. Still, the IfI elite just sound better to my ears. Extremely black background on the Elite. I like the Elite enough that I bought the 12V version as well. Really can’t go back to the supplied AC adapter after this. The BHA100 is a really special sounding amplifier after the PSU upgrade.

Thanks for the advice, i will go for ifi elite, as it comes with compatible BHA100 DC pin….

I don’t think the Elite comes with right pin but you can buy an adapter and it should work fine.

Hello there, i have a new dual custom power supply from analog squared paper Japan, it has 12v for Fostex HPA4-BL and 15v for AT BHA-100, Well built and clean DC power. Can clearly hear the audible difference. photos attached. Shikada also made a perfect DC cable for BHA100 and Fostex….

How much did you pay for that PSU? I use ifi Audio elite on the BHA100.
