what is your opinion of the DAC19 and Cayin iHA-6 pairing

Balance, transparence and clarity are the three words that come to mind. If Audio-gd amplification sounds ever so slightly on the dark side, the iHa-6 is just a touch brighter while keeping the sound balanced, giving it a clear and resolving sound. I couldn't be sure if imaging is better but mids do seem more forward and instruments jump out as opposed to blending in in the background.

The combo sounds end game to me, but that's not a slight against Audio-gd amps - the only reason I even have the iHA-6 is because my Precision 1 is out of commission for the time being and I wanted to try something different in the meantime.

That said, I am curious to know how the iHA-6 and iDAC-6 pairing is like in comparison. I'm guessing that it isn't very far off.

Well, that's something new.  They added a silver version of the Singularity 19 and others in that form-factor.  Perfect for pairing with Schiit gear.

Looks pretty nice! Still, like it in black better.

I noticed that. Pretty cool. Funny though... I am getting a gumby to replace my dac-19 and looks like i may end up with the more rare black version, was looking forward to a silver one even though the c-2 11th amp i have and will likely keep is black...have a silver WA2 but will probably sell it for a Zana Deux S later this year.... ahhhhh who cares about color matching gear anyway!

It's a way for us to justify buying new gear when we really don't need a damn thing, haha.

I was into this until denaflips pop out. Its hard to beat on the pricing with balance output.
