I'm assuming the DSP work is done in phone so all the headphone needs is the digital stream available form the DVD player/coaxial output.

I think that one goes from usb => rca , not the other way around?

Can @Audeze please clarify what is going on? A lot of customers are still waiting for tracking info? I know you must be sick and tired of moaning customers, but It was you guys who said that all IGG orders (apart from some destinations) were now shipped.

I understand that it’s down to the courier to get the tracking info out but clarity and transparency would be appreciated in regards to the statement “everything has been shipped”

They've said repeatedly that everything has been shipped. The problem is that the shipper they picked doesn't have their tracking system worked out. Kind of a mess, really. Give it some more time. I don't think there's anything they can do at this point. (I don't have my pair yet, either)

For european orders there is some extra paperwork. Everything is sorted out now and shipments are going out. You should receive your tracking number shortly. Thank you for your patience.

Hi i sent an email to support about my package shipping details not being changed, can you please reply or comment. If at worst to just tell me that i'm on my own.
I was told by the customer service rep that my details would be changed but my SFC email indicates that my package is being sent to the house i no longer live in on the other side of the atlantic.

We have shipped all the units to the 3PL. There are totally 59 countries and 14 different carriers to export from China, we have to get individual customs declarations and clearance. Some of these customs declarations require specific paper work and the correct certifications have to be included in the shipment. A majority of the units have received customs clearance and tracking numbers. Everyone will get tracking numbers by Monday and we will resend the tracking numbers again to everyone.

So, how was the shipping route for you guys who already have it ?
After the "Departed from SFC warehouse" - How long did it take before the next update ? And what was the next destination ?


Im also curious

My thing says "Departed SFC warehouse" .

Is it going to be updated (in general) ?

Or should I only look for USPS site now?

What's the timeline for the next update

Have any of the top 20 heard anything regarding the fan package since July 3rd? That was the last time I heard anything and I've since tried following up but haven't received a response. On a related note - anyone know whats going on with the stand? Thanks!
