I installed mine without needing to use tweezers. Thanks again for mentioning this. I legit didn't even think of using Xelastecs until I saw your post this morning. If you want to sell let me know! The Xelastecs will fit 100%, you can stretch it slightly with a tweezer or with your hands to get it on (put the tweezer in the tip from the back around half way so you don't scuff the nozzle). Once you get the edges on, its fairly easy to slide it into place.

No problem, glad I could help! I was previously using the Max Standard on them and they were quite comfortable but since switching to the xelastecs, the comfort has just been so good. These IEMs literally disappear in my ears, now just trying to get the very best (LCD-i4s)!I installed mine without needing to use tweezers. Thanks again for mentioning this. Any reasonably priced cable recommendations for the LCD-i4?
That was my experience I might try them with the fins and Xelastecs instead of the flimsy stock hooks. No problem, glad I could help! I use a PWA pure copper cable, but I think any good copper works with this IMHO.
I walked right into that response. Well definitely not equal to or greater than the value of the IEM. I think sub $500 is reasonable for asthetics.. And it must be balanced 4.4mm terminated.Define reasonably priced

Interesting. Been using comply 600 tips and the ear fins. Perhaps I'm gonna have ro shell out for some new xelastec tips.Salute to you @itwasluck! I have a bunch of Xelastecs and just tried them on my LCD-i4. This is much BETTER, and more comfortable than the Spinfit CP155, & Bose Stay Hear ear tips. Thank you for sharing!

I bought from Hart Audio. I like that their new iem cable looks similar to stock lcdi4 cable, so nice color, and I purchased the connector package so have all the different options for connectionI walked right into that response. Been using 3d printed hooks recently. Super durable and very easy to reshape to fully hook my ear. https://streamable.com/leug9c
Now It wont even slide out when I shake my head. Vid : https://streamable.com/gp6jrm
Model used : https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3277948 with filename [iSine_hook_ori_replica_TL.STL]
Material : PLA+
Printer : Prusa i3 MK3S+
Tested resin material too before, it breaks easily and not easy to bend.
TPU material is flexible and definitely won't break. But it doesn't hook that well, almost as if not using earhook (might need to make it thick).
Printed plenty for spares!
But from the look of it, this is more durable than stock earhook. Also thousand times more comfortable due to how easy it is to reshape.

Consider selling a couple of those trick looking ear hook things to try out on my i4s? Reply from Audeze about a headband for these was basically "don't hold your breath waiting on that". LOL
Sure would like to try a pair of these ear hooks if you could sell me a couple. The part that goes onto the base of the ear piece doesn't break easily? That is the part on the stock hooks that always breaks.

No access to a 3d print service here; even if I di I have no data files to provide for them to copy. Unless it can be scanned somehow to replicate? I don't know how that works. Anyway if you could sell a couple I would like to try.
That's pretty slick, I'm down to my last pair of earhooks. Thank you for the links, the visual, and inspiration. Going to seek a local 3d print service out to make a bunch of these. There might be some 3d print service too in your area! Oh I see the file for the earhooks. Thanks! Will explore getting some printed if I can find a service to do it.

Though make sure it's PLA+ material. For additional info the person was using PRUSA I3 printer.
I tried resin, they break easily. Tried TPU like material too, super flexible and definitely won't break. But also won't hook properly as they are flexible.

Hmm, sending might costs so much in the shipping from Japan. Though I'm pretty sure there should be 3D printing service somewhere, since plenty 3d printer owner usually will open such services.
But If you don't mind I can try! Maybe I can send it next week.
