so i just got my m50's and i havent worn them long yet but i hear that they become a little uncomfortable and sweaty are there any replacement pads or any homemade comforting things that i can get?

All i can find are replacement pads for $10, but email J$ and ask if they'll make you a pair of leather pads. I had some for my AH-5000's, and there is no similarity from the stock to these, J$* 1000=best.
