Thank you verry much for the reply. i will look more into the DAC; i found it on amazon, and be reading the reviews of it i herd some good things.  So thanks again for the idead, and keep the suggestions coming.

perhaps you go with a good external audio interface if just a dac is needed in that price range,

By the way i am in the same boat as you right now.. i have a bad audio card and i am thinking whenever or not i should pay for an amp and if it is going to add some improvements..
I hope i could spend the same budget as you bay the way
