Debating between the R6 and the SE100. Really would appreciate comparison from someone who has heard both.

Pulled the trigger on a "Like New" SE100 on eBay......$1280 w/ leather case. Skillful last second bidding! Seemed to be a good deal.

This Dap is just what I was looking for. ES9038PRO DAC chip / Octo-Core processor /Femto Clock and great big 5" display. Very eager to get it! I'll post impressions here.

Slightly off topic* but do AK have any intention of introducing a DAP with dual micro sd slots? my ickle AK70 Mkii (with 400gb msdc) is nearly full and I like to keep all my library on the player (& preferably all on microsd, not on the players internal storage).

Hi all,
Wondering if anyone is having the same issue: when connected to the home WIFI, I regularly lose connection while playing from Tidal??? strange thing is that if I do a hotspot from my mobile it works OK.
A bit of a disappointment and I've tried already to change some setting in the router - but with no luck - even have "dedicated" IP for the SE100. Any advice?
Tried to contact AK - no luck... "they'll reply tomorrow..." waited 3 days, nothing.. wrote back... nothing..

Try logging completely out of Tidal,, then logging back in,, that worked for me if issues with tidal

To be honest there is no reference, if it is playing the Master versions...

I have the SE100 and just received the Atlas yesterday. I've spent about 5 hours listening so far and am pretty damn happy with the match between the two. The SE100 is a very resolving DAP and the combo of it with the Atlas is, so far, really proving to be a match made in heaven. All the detail of the SE100 is there and the Atlas really dig the lower frequencies out with some very powerful but well-controlled bass. The combo leaves nothing lacking in the mids or highs to my ears, either. I need more time with them for sure. But out of the box, I'm very pleased.
