Hello,

Does anyone else have problem logging on Deezer with the AK integrated app?
I'm running the latest firmware on my new SP2000.

I always have an error saying that my details are incorrect but they are not, I'm able to log in iOS and windows app, plus changed password to be sure.
I opened a support ticket at Deezer but they are not very helpful for now.

Any idea is very welcome, thank you!

@JasonNYC : I received this morning an answer from Deezer saying that the integrated Deezer app on the SP2000 is not supported anymore because the development of the device is too old
Can you please confirm (or invalidate) what Deezer is saying.

So what happens when you install the latest apk file?

I did not install any APK, the Deezer app is like Tidal, factory installed by A&K.
Tidal is working fine

But I do not understand why I need to find a workaround on a 4K$ DAP bought 2 weeks ago because "it's development kit is too old" (to be confirmed by JasonNYC) ?

I hope this is not linked to the issue SoundEq was reporting in this thread (" i am reading alot of concern on fiio m15 about streaming services support in 2021, is that going to affect also AK daps")

I will reach out to our dev team and find out what the issue is with the embedded app. You are using a premium Deezer account, correct? The embedded app only supports premium accounts.

Another option is to install the Deezer Android app via APK, which is supported. Due to the Christmas holiday, it may take a few days to get back to you.
