For me the stock cable is quite nice.
It is better than T8ie by sound stage as well as mid range and treble control.
The appearance is more attractive too with air vens make the sound is more relax.

Sounds like they made some significant improvements... how do they compare to some of the iems you own or tried? Are you planning on ordering them?

Very appreciate the coherent of 1 dynamic iems.
But i'm sticking on electrostatic treble for its super detail and resolution retrieval.

My Utopias sound not very impressive with sp2k....
I heard sp2k can make LCD4s sing, but I kind of doubt it.
Utopias with the dave + HMS are very revealing and crazy detailed, if that is your thing, but lacks depth and weight to my ears. I get tired of it easily and certainly not my preferred sq. The Utopias do scale up very nicely with better, reasonably powered amps. The Stellias are easier to drive than utopias and so far a promising pair for the sp2k.

I use Utopia with my SP2K, with Atlas balanced cable, and it drives them easily. Certainly better than SP1k with which I preferred Shure KS1200.
Currently listening to Bob Marley, Natty Dread at setting 70. Superb.

If there was a system that could reproduce music with total accuracy, where it was indistinguishable from a live performance or what recording engineers laid down, some listener would still say its imperfect. There's no accounting for taste! Luckily, the TC meets me where I live and its fantastic with the right recordings and chain components.
