to save me scrolling, has their been an amp solution designed for SP2000. Preferably with 4.4mm connectivity, any advice much appreciated…
The solution had been to use the effect audio adapter, However only 2000 units have been made. And mine has become defective. Many thanks

There's the NP Audio SP2000 4.4mm modification, with the added benefit of open android.

If one of your posts were removed, you would need to reach out to the Head-Fi team to find out why, I don't have the ability to remove or delete posts and neither does anyone else except for Head-Fi employees. The only time Head-Fi would remove a post is if a post violated Head-Fi rules.

Quick update - Some of the drivers for components are not available anymore in order to update the Android version. Our team has reached out to the component manufacturers to try to secure the correct driver versions. For the embedded Tidal, Tidal does not provide the files for Tidal Max for embedded apps for the current version of Android OS that the SP2000 is on. The team is continuing to look into all options to upgrade/update. Will share more information as it is received.

To send it into a company for modification. And then using 4.4 to 4.4 and then it work with say a woo 11 topaz. Or are there better amps for portable use?
