Anyone using the Cube with Westone W60 or W80? I have ES60 which is very sensitive. I can't stand any hiss or any audible noise level.

Im having trouble with my computer recognizing dac mode, with my kann cube it works for a few seconds and once the button on the bottom of the screens shows "connect to media" it cuts the connection. but my kann stays in dac mode but my computer doesn't show its connected.

Thanks for the pic. It looks like you are in the US. I assume you reached out to our US support team and they are the ones helping you? If so, I will follow up with our head of US support to get an update and I will also follow up with you @Silbersurfer once I have the info.
.... and there he was again the white frame. 5 tracks heard, volume 50, low amplifier, headphones Focal Elegia. Any news?
Or should I better contact my dealer for an exchange?

Sorry, forgot to include pics. This is the SP1000 AMP case, which is similar to KANN CUBE case with the same back.

Am i right to assume this is no longer in the box from what i now have seen?

Depends on what IEM you’re using and how sensitive it is. For EE Phantom I listen between 40-50 on low gain. EE Legend X I’m between 60-70 on low gain for roughly the same volume level.

Edit: Also whether or not you’re using balanced or SE output.

I use balance and i listen around 85-125 low gain with Sony ier z1r and 10 volume lower overall with okko oh10

Could you answer my direct questions please ?
@wazzupi Sorry, I don't have a PM from you and didn't see me tagged in any post from you. I will look back through the thread when I have a chance to get in front of a computer. As it is the weekend, I'm not in front of one now.
