Anyone know how long it takes for them to respond to a return request? Bought directly from A&K, I'm just not using the player enough to justify the price right now. I sent a RMA request support.inc@iriver.com yesterday, as it was the 14th day since I got it and haven't gotten a response.
I apologize no one got back to you yet. Can you pm me your info please and I will have someone from customer service follow up with you tomorrow? Thank you.

My deal seems to have got even better. Buying from Advancedmp3players I got 10% voucher code plus cashback and now a 3 month Tidal hifi offer, effectively making the price £447!

This is looking like the device I might want when I upgrade from my X5iii. I'm hoping for "solid" firmware from AK... something Fiio has continually failed to provide.

Any Kann owners have mk2,,
If yes sonically is mk2 better soundstage due to 2
Dacs
Can check out King Rudi Group in Facebook, somw details by King Rudi, haha
Anyone know what the battery life is like on this player ?
About Battery Life, King Rudi says his AK70 MK2 can last 10 hours, I tried with my AK70 MK2, 8 hours from 100% dropped to 7%, I dont think can last solid 10 hours.

hi first time poster with a noob question.
I currently have a pioneer xdp 100-r dap and I am thinking of buying the AK70 mk2 for the jump in sound quality and a smaller form factor.
my question is if I download tidal offline content onto a sd card using my pioneer dap and then put the sd card into the AK player,
will this basically allow me to listen to tidal downloads on the AK?

no it won't. astell&kern devices don't support offline tidal.
