Hi, anyone here who is using the cradle?
i dont get any sound out of the cradle. AK380 is placed in and the clip on the back is up.
I have also pushed the "activate cradle" but still no sound

Hi Stephen
You must use Balanced XLR Interconnects. There should be a symbol on the top of the AK380 indicating that the device is on the cradle

Hi, yes the cradle indicator is active.... i have no sound on the 3.5 or 2.5 output but also no sound on xlr

Do you have sound from the headphone jacks when you lower the rear arm. Its function is to engage the Xlr output according to the manual but I use it to stabilise the unit. I haven’t had a problem with no sound. Have you tried a restart of the 380?

i have sound from headphone jack when the rear arm is down and also when its up.

now it works. i have to set volume to above 100 to hear some sound. but with volume 150 it sounds great

I purchased an aftermarket battery for my AK380 and installed it. However I can’t seem to get the battery to charge to full. I did a factory reset, but that didn’t change anything.

Anyone have any idea if there is a sequence I need to follow to get the battery to charge?

Same issue here, cant get it beyond 50%, hope someone may know if there is anything that could be done?
