This one is just the AK100ii redesign limited edition. Maybe it will be something else, because I doubt even AK would dare sell a limited edition AK100ii for 2000$

I don't mind the exposed volume knob as long as it can be software locked. If it's truly pocketable (original AK100 or AK120 size), I'll jump. The new GUIs are great.

Every dac have their own short fall and there is no such thing as the best.
Just look for your own sound preference, UI design and build quality.

From the Facebook pictures it looks like a 380 but with less light and shadow themed angular lines and made out of stainless steel. Should be priced between 240 and 380.
