Hallo guys.
I might be buying an sp3000 soon.

I would like to know from multiple totl dap users,

is it true and do you find that sp3000 is lacking authority and drive for some of your totl iems , when compared to other totl dap ( rs8 dx300/320max m9+ etc) ?

Or, what do you find/lacking if you had chance to compare ?

Thanks in advance for answers
Much appreciated

It drives everything I have just fine and probably most IEMs available today (not sure about Storm) but it will have a hard time driving demanding headphones like planars etc. Read here.

I use mine with A64 A18T, the SP3000 drive them with more then enough power. A18 have 18 drivers per side, plenty of power.

@boodi For all the IEM in my collection, SP3000 had no issue extracting the best out of them. It is matter of whether like the tonality. For example on paper N8ii is more powerful than SP3000, however I far preferred listening to SP3K for my RhapsodioSP3 than N8ii.
Similarly, I far more preferred listening to my Dita PPT from RS8 than N8 and SP3K..

SP3K had better synergy for most of my IEM than any other DAP I had in my possession.

I have nothing that the SP3000 can't drive. While the HE1K Stealth is an easy to drive headphone, the SP3000 has enough synergy and authority to drive it. I concur with the IER-Z1R being driven well.
