I would like to use equalizer and it’s a little bit complicated to me, do you have a method, a strategy step by step to use it ?

Some people said that it is an equalizer for nothing, and I would like to make some experiences to have my own opinion.

I have two problems with my new DAP Astell&Kern A&futura SE200.

1) My DAP keeps disconnecting after few minutes when copying files to the card.
Why?

2) Sometimes it happens to me that the music does not play in the headphones at all, but the time of the song is running.
Very rarely a similar thing happened to me with my older Astell&Kern AK300.
How is it possible?

Is the quality of players from Astell&Kern gone?
I also have the Shanling M6 Pro (more than half price cheaper then SE200) and I don't have such problems with it.

Certain files like just DSD or just flac or all files?

What firmware version are you on? Is it a specific module you are using that you experience the loss of sound or have you tried more than one and have the same issue?

As you can see, Astell&Kern has very poor support and possibly the worst on this planet.
Once they get paid, the customer no longer cares about them.
I will avoid this company next time.

Not sure when the next update is scheduled. Will find out timeframe. Currently, most software work is being dedicated to the release of the SP3000 at the end of this month. Is there something you were looking for in the next update?

The back button like android ? Sp3000 evolution.

Maybe improvements for better Qobuz integration, when I switch from local music (play) to Qobuz, there is a cut during 2 seconds.

It will be great with faster response of the keyboard. With automatic proposition of words if possible. Like a modern phone.

I would like explanations and examples for the EQ, how to set up.

I would like the YouTube app directly, even if we can access with V-link.

And why not Pac-Man

Maybe other people have remarks ?

I’m very happy of my se200 and compared to m11 for example, it is a little bit a slow navigation.
