Hi guys can u give me recommendations for any powerful amps with emphasis on speed and detail (with tighter bass too).. im willing to spend 500 bucks, 600 max for em.. thanks

Consider the new Dynalo for $300. Classic circuit, has been thoroughly picked over by DIY'ers, no caps in the signal path, and puts out 1W of power.

The PS Audio GCHA looks like a pretty good bet for $500, that's half price and it will "drive any headphone"; it's class A, has balanced and RCA inputs, even has a USB input:
