Hi everyone;
 
First of all i listen music from ipod touch mostly but i use pc too. So should i buy amp/dac combination or just amp ?
And i listen rap/hiphop mostly but not only. I want really good bass, i mean good quality and quantity not just boomy bass.
Finally,  you might think it's not necessary for 770/80 but i want something for forward plannings beyers 990 higher ohms, maybe hd650  
Oops, Max 250 $

Did you want something portable for use with PC and iPod?
 
Get an Asus Xonar DG sound card for your PC and a Fiio E11 as an amplifer for both the iPod and Xonar DG.
The Fiio E11 with drive the DT990 Pro 250-Ohm
 
You going to want to get a better amplifier if you buy the Senn HD650.
