I finally got around to modding my SR-80's for a removable cable.  Now I find myself wishing they collapsed better (read "at all") for travel.  Given how easily the Grado cup assembly disconnects, it seems like there MUST be a few existing headphones that are roughly the same size.  It would be easy enough to mod pins onto any appropriately sized fork to fit the Grado cup assembly.  Has anyone tried this, or seen anyone else try it?  I was thinking about buying a set of these to give it a try.  The size looks comparable:

The JMoney stuff is nice, but it doesn't really solve my problem.  My stock headband is modded with some padding and is super comfortable.  I just want something that will fold up.
