Hmm just got phone call from AKG maybe there support is better then I thought. Hector seems to be handling it good. However I think it may still stand that AKG support team is not the most responsive. Though I do have to give Hector props he seems to be taking care of the problem quite nicely now and so I may revoke some of what I said about AKGs support, they are making me a some what happier customer. I will let you guys know how this pans out but it looks like I may be getting them back soon.
