Does anybody know what kind of a pad is it? A very good and recommended BTW.

Are these the thicker pads of the black edition?
I have the AKG545 in orange and in black, and the pads that came with the black version are thicker.
I've bought the headphone used, and these are the pads they came with, at a time I didn't know these are not stock.
I think that I found them though:

These are very good, although not the most comfortable, but the sound is top notch.
Edit: Oh, damn there's no L/R print on them - so probably not same pads.

I could not find the thicker replacement pads either (i.e. exactly as on the black K545.

The closest I could find where these:

I put them on my orange K545 and they do improve the sound - although bass can sound a bit boxy sometimes.

Is there a velour pads anywhere for AKG K545/ 845BT? They use a same pads, i assume?
Maybe they could also be thicker that originals are.
Also i'm interested Quality leather pads, thicker than originals.

According to Amazon listings, they use the same ear pads. So if you find a set of velour that works with the K545, then yeah, that would work. On a more pricier approach, you could contact someone like VesperAudio about making a custom set of ear pads for the K845BT. My pads are starting to crack and flake, I may go this route. I got a set of pads for my Sine from them a couple years back; it takes a little while, but the end result is good, but a bit pricey.

I’m happy with the ones I got for the Sine, but I think they ended up running me like 70 bucks. I’d do it again in a heartbeat though as the OE pads gave me driver flex issues on the Sine (Audeze offered 0 help on the issue and ended up ignoring my emails about the subject).

How K545/845BT sound compares to K371BT? Just noticed that K371 measures pretty well, K545 or 845BT measurements i haven't found anywhere.
K371Bt is pretty cheap also, i'm interested to test it maybe.

I have k545 - it's my favorite closed pair, after experiencing many others. I returned k371 immediately after buying. I liked K545 much more across the spectrum.

If you want more bass for AKG 845Bt try these:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/Ear-pads-R...AKG-K545-K845BT-K540-Headphones-/113025285574

Quality is "ok", very comfy. IF you don't have big ears. These are smaller inside than originals.
Seal is something else than with original pads. So is soundquality also. I'm not sure yet is it better. Depends what music you listen also.
But i have two 845BT's so one's are with original pads and one's are with these new. Actually i have two different headphones now. So big is difference with pads. :)
