My K701's have 36178 on the left side. Bought in UK, living in Portugal. Also own K242 HD for playing drums, along with half a dozen of iem's from Shure and Westone.
Semi open backs beat iem's for playing drums before dinner time. You get to listen to your wife screaming that dinner's ready!

Does anyone know what the lowest recorded serial number is, without reading through 20 pages of head-fi posts here?
 
I bought mine from Amazon, before Christmas this year and mine are number 1212. They were sold new through Amazon by an associated dealer in Pennsylvania, USA.
