I bought my toy a new set of clothes, a Dignis/Borsa DAP bag.  They come from Korea, cost $50 plus a pretty hefty quick shipping fee, but it got here in about five days.  Nice material, my 240SS fits very well (I bought the medium could have gotten away with the small), nice belt loop, removable strap, well-padded.  Quality pouch.  Nice folks to deal with.  They've got a Korean site and a Korean site in English.

Do you find the 240ss a big sound upgrade from your AK120II?

I have the stainless steel version which is a real upgrade over the 240 (brighter, more detail). From what I've read the standard 240 has a bit more and tighter bass when compared to a 120ll. I think the rest is the same as the 120ll (which basically has the guts of a 240). Comparing my 240ss to my 120ll? Big difference, more detail, better bass, nicer mids, way more upper end detail, really nice transitions note to note/instrument to instrument. More musical. I really like it. It is heavier than the 120ll. But the SS is just a beautiful slab of steel.

I had it at Ultimate Ears yesterday and they ooh'd and ahh'd over it.  
 
My only problem with it is that I want it in the case to protect it and yet it feels better/looks better naked. (Can I say that here?)

So I've been refraining from giving impressions of my Musashi Sound Tech modded AK240SS...
The reason is that every time I send it back it seems that there's a new revision or improvement to be made.
I was just informed that after implementing a circuit which helps correct for group delay, the final revision of the 240SS-R is on it's way back to me.
 
After I run it in and listen to it I'll let you guys know how it went!
