I want to buy the D7000, but it's a pretty expensive introduction to Denon. 
Instead, I was thinking I could just get a D2000 and swap out the wood from a D5000?
 
Are the stock D5000 cups available for sale anywhere?
Either from Denon or from people who did those 3rd party wood mods? 
Would appreciate information.

I'm looking for the original D-5000 cups from people who did the MarkL mod and don't want the originals anymore.

I'd recommend contacting Lawton Audio and see if they have any official cups laying around that he wouldn't mind selling.
