ADVICE: Looking to upgrade my Sennheiser HD 465's With HD-25 MkII

I am considering buying a pair of Sennheiser HD-25's to replace my current pair of headphones the HD 465. Is this a good idea? I want a pair of closed headphones that sound reasonably good. I will be using them for mostly casual listening at home, ocassionally dj-ing and on public transport.
