Ive compared Hippo VB's to other bass-heavy iems like Sony MDR-90LP, Meelec M9, Xears TD100 II and with no doubt they have the deepest and most impactful bass. But I dont really like the treble on them, bit too harsh for my ears.

Yeah, im going to try the foam tips that came with my meelec m9's on the Hippo VB's and see how it improves the sound. Complys bit too expensive with shipping for me.

From my memory, the Turbines have a really fun sound, I'd even prefer it over the IE8 when I'm in the mood for a colored fun sound
