There are quite a few people that didn't read the rules.
Reminds me of a "pop quiz" one of my Bio teachers gave. It was 10 short answer questions. The instructions section was a paragraph. It basically said, "Write your name on test. Circle the #10 on question 10. Underline the first word of question one, and then turn the test over on your desk to receive full credit."
The professor waited 5 minutes before collecting them. About half the class didn't bother to read.

I guess just picking a name from a list of unchecked suggestions can be a little tricky in today's trade world.
You have to check if the name is already used by someone else in the same context and if not you'll have to register it, otherwise you'll be asking for trouble down the road. But then when you are in the industry, you should know about this. I guess we'll have to wait until the trademark office have accepted the application some time next week
