Yes, BX2 plus is a very transparent amp that is why I like it plus it expand the soundstage in all directions. Luckily for me I have both amps and I don't have to choose one over the other. I like the Calyx M with the Cayin C9 amp and the M2 and Cayin N6ii with T01 with the Romi BX2 plus because the amps highlights the strength of the daps differently
. I also like the Aroma Audio a100 combined with the PS100 quite a bit. I stopped chasing the daps and I started chasing amps because I realized that adding a great amp to the chain greatly improve the sound of a dap. My next target is the Romi BX2 pro amp. I am really curious about that one

Is the Romi BX2 Plus/AR-M2 not a bit too spicy? Is the BX2 Pro the amp with a Copper chassis?

The M2 combined with BX2 plus sounds great together. The sound is very natural and life like with no harshness. The only thing I would change is that I would have a bit more mid bass, otherwise it is great. Yes, the Romi BX2 pro is the one with the cooper (looks like gold- I don't like the color)

m2 need hd650. It's amazing and simple. This is a delicious "cocktail - 2 natural juices in one"

Finalizing questions about 1TB sd card for Calyx M - today at last i`m load most albums from my collection. Inner memory 64gb, microsd 512gb, 1TB SD - all working is a fine.
But this volume I didn’t have enough, so I’m waiting for 2TB cards this year, and I’ll get two, all day I removed something to fit more priority for me. Of course, I can change 512GB to 1TB, but this is clearly not enough.

Theoretically 2 1TB cards (SD/MicroSD) should work. I have a 1TB SD and 512gb MicroSD and they are recognized, but indexing all that data is slow going

I too soon rejoiced at the success of 512 GB and 1 TB. The first time it started, and then there is no stable work.
Even i drop 1TB SD, now library scan on 512GB does not end.
And next message.

"ERROR
Unfortunately, Calyx M has stopped"

and

"Calyx M isn`t responding
Do you want to close close it?"

Any idea?

In my experience, the 256 gb is the biggest card that is usable in Calyx M
