  As we progress and yearn for information I am hearing less and less. My inquiries to Calyx go unanswered. I wonder if this is going to be another case of vaporware. Maybe the interest at CES wasn't strong enough? Just speculating but might go x5 for now due to lack of company communications.

but Calyx are evidently determined to proceed with a sliding volume control, in spite of the potential dangers. I can only hope there is some kind of failsafe feature, but I am not optimistic about this.

My C4 has an ALPS sliding volume....it's precise and slick....don't worry, you'll like it

They haven't added anything on their facebook account for a few days now. So we are impatiently waiting for them to post the international promotion.

I am keeping an eye on this thread as I am in the market for a new DAP. If they do an international promotion similar to the one they are doing for Korea I will most likely get the Calyx M otherwise I will get either the Fiio X5 or iBasso DX90.
The waiting is killing me.
