And the 'sale' before that where owners of any 64 audio iem could get 15%off.
15% is basically their marketing mark up that they have included into the price from the beginning just to have these 'sales'.

True, but a 20% discount should really be the inventive. Their IEM’s are pricey to start with, and quite honestly, I think they are taking advantage. Maybe offer a stronger discount if you already own a pair purchased new ( not used ) as an option. Then I might give it some serious thought. I think they would also make a stronger case for folks to buy into the family. Tks.

Discounting is difficult. People tend to see what they spend on something and assume that a majority of that spend is profit. Trust me, it isn't. Having never heard Audio 64 equipment I can only salivate and dream. I love my gear and could not justify that expense. But I can't begrudge them making whatever profit they make. Their cost of goods, operations, labor, and marketing spend have to be much greater than a Linsoul, TinHifi, or even Periodic Audio. I have gear that's affordable and I love it. Would I be blown away by Audio64's IEM's in comparison using my same amps and Dac's? Maybe someday I will find out.
