Hey I'm looking at some new headphones to use for college. I'm on a bit of a budget so I'm hoping y'all can help me get the best bang for my buck.  I'm looking mostly at ones on Amazon since I have a giftcard there.  So far I have it narrowed down to but I'm not limited to:
 
Sennheiser HD 419 - $42
Sennheiser HD 429 - $55
ATH-ANC25 - $40 (noise cancelling)
ATH-ANC27 - $57 (noise cancelling)
ATH-M30 - $44
 
I watch a lot of movies and tv shows on my computer, and listen to all different kinds of music.  Noise cancelling would be an extra benefit since sometimes I need to block out surrounding noise to help study.  I'm open to new suggestions and all helpful reviews or comparisons are appreciated.

I'm not sure noise cancelling will be that feasible at your price range. The M30 is great, and I would also advise you take a look at the Superlux lineup [size=small]–the 668b in particular[/size][size=small]– as well as the Creative Aurvana Live (CAL).[/size]
