Just looked up the VE Zens on Aliexpress and they are $1280 each.  Is this the normal price?  Quality doesn't look much better than the $5 Monks.

Actually thats to prevent people ordering the Zen 1.0 by mistake. Zen 2.0 will be coming out in about two weeks and they will be listing the Zen 2.0 then. They wont be stocking the Zen 1.0 anymore I think.

should be same ball park as Zen 1.0, which was ~128 USD iirc. Not sure about the final pricing yet haven't heard anything about that but it will be in the same ballpark.

Haha the monk is pretty nice to use in the office! Can listen to nice music and yet hear when people call. You guys should try them with earhoox!

 
They're also super comfortable to wear. I find that even very comfortable IEMs get a little hot to wear all day, but these earbuds are so light, that I just forget that they're in and just zone and time just flies past really fast when I at work. It just feels like I'm listening to speakers.
