in 2 weeks I will go for 5 days to Tokyo for working, but my boss allowed me to stay over the weekend in Tokyo (first time in Japan and very happy to visit this nice country) and I would ask if you can recommend me nice audiophile places for especially:

DAPs, portable AMPs, portable DACs, cables and more in this region.

I will also be visiting Tokyo in the near future.

Does anyone know if there is a bricks-and-mortar store where I am likely to find the FAD Heaven c (apparently discontinued, but still available online from FAD...)?

FAD Heaven? Good Q. Here if it's "oudated" it's off the shelves quick (unless 2nd hand).

After my trip to Toyko my best shops I visit in this time:
 
Yodobashi Camera (tried all headphones up to STAX 009 and plenty of other toys)
 
e-earphone (Awesome place I could spent hours there haha, but was hard to find the shop - due a adress change ?!)
 
 
Btw. yes food was superb no question, I got Kobe beef in the Esquire Club too - I never forgot this 7 days in Tokyo
