Thanks God I was bored after work tonight and checked the Meets section. I'm coming to the party!

I can bring anything from my small collection listed in my profile, to mention a few - Fidelio X2, Onkyo ES-FC300, Senn HD25-1 II, Denon AH-MM400 (already in the list), Sony XBA-30, Cayin C5, JDS Labs cMoyBB, HiFimeDIY Sabre DAC, Fiio E12A (already in the list).

Brilliant! I was just about to pick up the X2 cold, couldn't find it anywhere to try out. Sooooo... you're my new best friend

I'm also pumped to try the X2. My wife is off to Japan this week, and I'm hoping she'll be bringing me back an R70x... and if she does, I'll be bringing that along, too.

Fingers crossed! I read the new reviews about R70X yesterday and am interested. My next purchases depend on what I hear from HD600/HD650 and eventually R70X.

Hopefully, my new Focal Spirit Classic arrives by the end of the month too.

I actually very want to try the Fireflies with my IEMs. Unfortunately alas, my Angies went faulty. So I had to send them back, and I'll see if the returning unit can make the meet ...

Think you could bring one of these along with you

Actually today I had the very luxury of listening to the HE1000 through Tidal - AURALiC Aries - Vega - Taurus MKII - balanced HE1000 and I must say the hype is the real deal. You can tell it is akin to a good 2 channel speaker set up and the margin over other headphones is by no small count. Not the STAX euphoric. Not the HD800 resolution. But my mind had to recaliberate the information incoming when listening to familiar tracks.

Unfortunately I don't think the HE1000 will be able to come ...

Probably the EL-8. The Lyr 2 is good, but not exciting.

We've got plenty of amps. Not many DAC there. I think adding something like a Herus might be acceptable for Travis?

Are your Momentums the new 2.0, or the older smaller earcup version?

I think they are the older version but even so, I have no problem with them fitting over my ears and I have a fairly large head. Regardless, I'll dig up the manual to find out for sure.
