We need a bigger room with more ventilation this time around, the last room hit over 30 degrees C with all of that gear running!

Sorry, not 100% sure yet. Thought I might have a venue, but it turned out a bit more expensive than expected. Am checking a couple of other options, but work has been a bit hectic (try being a career advisor in Calgary in a poor economy). Should know for sure what's happening by Monday. I know it's not a lot of notice, but hold the date for now.
