Nice new avatar...and signature.
That Spider-Man action figure looks a lot like one I got in a trade in kindergarten.

This pic reminds me of how soft the headband (or whatever you call that fabric headrest) was on my 207. It may even be the same as yours. I wonder what you were doing when this happened!

Just putting them on normally, I'd guess it had around ten thousand put-on-and-take-off cycles.

The headband fractured right at the point of the joined plastic pieces, where it meets the most amount of stress, so it makes perfect sense for it to have been destroyed there.

I know you guys are iPhone nuts, so I thought this was super interesting. It gets on the chemistry side of things like H.O.T. did....if you know what I mean.

Find a machine shop to make you a metal one and never have to fix again.

Don't use superglue. Use a glue thats enough to put that together. Because superglues can kinda melt the plastic components.
And to stax, we are giving these products thousands of dolars. Please make it durable than 10$ ones.

The Lambda series of headphones have been around for decades though, and they don't cost thousands. The SR-202 was first made in 1999, for example.
That, plus the Lambda series is actually pretty modular for a headphone. You can buy the earpads, head arc, and head pad all separately. You don't see that kind of feature in modern multi-thousand dollar headphones, do you? XD
