I think that's RAID 1 you're talking about, or data mirroring (a file is written onto both drive A and B simultaneously), so one drive can fail and all data is retained...RAID 0 is where data is striped across two drives (half of the file is written onto drive A, the other half onto drive B simultaneously), so the R/W load is distributed across two drives. If one drive fails, all data is lost

I'm pretty sure that's what I typed. Guess sleep deprivation is probably getting to me, probably need sleep now considering it's 3:30 in the morning.

I think so, I read " input information equally in both drives" as both drives have the same information written to them, hence mirroring, but you probably meant both drives have equal amounts of a file written to them, thereby leveling wear.

........why has nothing been done about this again?
So basically work your people to death and make sure to cover it up.

Sounds like a great plan!

I think animators themselves get paid the least compared to the voice actors if memory serves me correct.

....money

yeah, last I checked. Animators make the least and don't have the ability to sustain themselves with the amount they make.

I believe the average was about 23,000 USD a year doing well over 60+ hours a week
While I do like WUG, its pretty much a budget limited im@s to me..

Oh wow Sunrice animes featuring lackluster animation, while Fairy Tale and Kaito are above average =_=
Its not like I never watched those titles, but never did I know that :O

CrossAnge, G Reconquista, Buddy Complex

Were among some of the most..........welll....schiit animated things currently there.

Gundam Build Fighters is remotely better.

Fairy Tale and Kaito are very average. They are the average ones in animation out of the entire list atm.

I still like WUG movie though

Holy schiit that sucks. : (
One of the friends I actually keep in contact with from college got a degree in animation and wants to get in the big animation business like Pixar/Disney, etc..

I've heard horror stories for those as well

US pays a lot better from what I know.

The rate and hours I gave were the Japanese ones

RAID 1 is pretty neat too, since its supposed speed is the faster of the two drives. I think it's more appropriate for my configuration, because both drives are quite old and the Samsung is the known cause of system failures in another computer.

Welp seriously I would rank them like GBF >= CrossAnge > Buddy Complex > G Recong >= Kaito > Fairytail, with average somewhere between Buddy Complex and Kaito.
So I really don't get you...

I don't put thought into ranking shows I've watched like that; instead I just rank them out of ten how much I enjoyed it, not necessarily in comparison with other shows. So I don't get you guys...

I thought episode 1 of Koufuku Graffiti was good (7) because the animation had some interesting textures that I haven't seen before in an anime (e.g. when there was a scarf, the pattern wouldn't change based on where the scarf was, but rather there seemed to be a background pattern and the scarf was just an outline, so when the scarf moved, it just went to a different place on the background), the characters seem to have relatable personalities to me, and it set up a pathway for future episodes fairly quickly in the episode. It got docked points because of fanservice and weird audio recordings and sounds (their shoes sounded like suction cups or something....pretty weird, and the voice actors sounded like they were being recorded in a bathroom or a room with a lot of reverb).

Oh if you liked this neat little trick you would love Gankutsuou! Literally 90% of everything in this show is animated this way. It looks absolutely amazing, super eccentric and unlike any other anime out there.
The show itself is also pretty fantastic ♥

Either way, a very awesome first episode. Pretty much went way over my expectation with how in depth and well done the couples, flashbacks, and twists were.

;)
And while you are waiting for the next episode, you could watch the 24 minute short film that this series is based on.

Is there such thing as an adblock blocker blocker extension?

One of the three websites that I turn adblock off for.
You can just hide all the ads.

If I can't adblock then to another site I go.

Too bad there is no real alternative.

There are only 730 hours in a month.

130/30 for the month leaves 4.33 hours of sleep granting that he did nothing else...at all...like at all.

That is criminal. EA level of slavery.

That one is only about animation quality...

And actually to me, rank by 10 is far more tricky than just comparing which I prefer :/

It's basically a loosely adapted soap opera version of the second half of The Count of Monte Cristo set in the year 30k. Has to be good.

Yeah, if a show is good, I pay little attention to the animation quality, unless it's outstandingly terribad. That probably goes hand-in-hand with character design too. Like how some criticize Clannad for their alien big eyes, it didn't affect my enjoyment of Clannad.
