For something one off and that small, you'll have to crawl through ebay/aliexpress. Some ebayers may be willing to cut down to size for a small fee, ditto with some aliexpress sellers.
 
Sheets are usually much larger (3ftx7ft and such), hence why it seems so difficult/expensive to look for a specific smaller size. Try looking for aluminium suppliers around your area, they may be able to sell you an offcut and cut it down for real cheap. You may find yourself getting better results if you search specifically for anodised 5005 (or 5025) aluminum sheet, because specifying an alloy can help you get better search hits.
 
For reference, Front Panel Express will do a 4mm thick 12"x12" for abooouuutt $80, and that's silly expensive because they mainly do custom front panels and such. Move on to another source if you get a quote in that ballpark, it's waaaay too expensive. Cam-Expert should be cheaper than FPE but I don't know by how much (you have to email for quotes), it may be worth a try if you've exhausted other options.

Just got this EVA 3.0 Audio Technica earphones from TOM few days ago and i have to say for the price i paid (120$+shipping) this earphone was a steal for the sound quality, it even comes with a shirt and a tiny music player 

 . Listened to some EVA OSTs and my impression was the soundstage was huge and the bass extends well and the highs are quite smooth IMO. Great for listening to OSTs of EVA. The earphone is still available for purchase in the site for 120$ ( definitely a steal ) just sharing my thoughts
