All of these, besides Black Bullet, seem to have a go for a good series so far

Nisekoi doesn't really do anything different in the last episodes. Same level of quality. The finale is alright.
Chaika is good and stays good afaik.

But seriously......the stuff I have been experiencing with the Samsung line is something I would expect from knockoffs.
 
The amount of OS bugs is staggering to me. Glitches, and dissapearing keyboards etc.
 
 

I looked at the teardown of that phone and nearly cried. That is the stupidest battery design I have ever seen in my entire life. Also I don't remember if it has expandable storage or not (probably not). The nice thing is that it supports UAC1 by default because it uses Cyanogenmod (CM11 has been very consistent w/ enabling UAC1 output).
 
There's a reason everybody loves to root and switch ROMs. You expect manufacturers to make something perfect when their forte is hardware? I'm surprised you held expectations for Samsung's software department at all. The only good software they actually make is Samsung Magician and their update software for their computers.

  I got the thing for free from a friend but I really dislike the design of all iPhones. Just isn't my thing.

Oh yeah, you have an iPhone. Then it's okay. iPhones tried for minimalism but really only achieved boring.
