  My lust for overpriced chocolate is still more wallet-friendly than your hobby there.
I had a really great one recently that had some Islay-ish whisky in the filling together with lingonberries and nougat. Did cost me €7. Seven very well spent euros.

 
Can you recommend some reasonably common/easy to find brands of chocolate? I'll probably be buying online from a random shop in Australia, so something popular and too obscure will be perfect.
 
Anyway, that dram of ~50mL took me just about 90 minutes to finish, when something is that good there's really no rush.

I googled "chocolate shop australia" and there seem to be some pretty nice "Made in Oz" ones you could get your hands on rather easily.
