Rohan's voice is succ.
Dropped.

GTX 1060 faster than the 980.
RX 480 apparently needs 6 + 8 pin connectors (total of 300 W) according to AIB partners.
RIP in pieces RX 480.

In case anyone was on the fence, Season 1 of A Certain Scientific Railgun bluray+dvd is lowest price it's ever been on Amazon US, <$25. It's a bit cheaper on eBay, but final sale.

The English dub is super surprisingly solid, but they translate Kuroko's onee-sama to "Sissy", like an attempt at a cutesy version of "sis". That's both in the dub and the subtitles (which are not dubtitles). A little irritating, but otherwise good stuff.

Nvidia hasn't officially said a single thing about the 1060 yet, which is weird...

The Sapphire Nitro one only has 1 8 pin....

I don't think he even touched the train. He just turned his hand into a nuke launcher.

Anyways, I'm really confused what happened at the end.

Did Biba save him? Mumei said something like "Did my brother do this?" so it sounds like Biba used the white blood on Ikoma for some reason.
I could imagine earlier in the fight to rid Ikoma of his power as a black blood Kabaneri but any other reason would make no sense.

But Biba was looking for a fight and I don't see any frames that indicate white blood injection into Ikoma.

But overall quite a meh ending.

At least Shokugeki no Souma S2 is airing tomorrow.

He shot something on Ikoma before Mumei/Hozumi strike on him, that could be the one poi

remember Biba shooting Ikoma once right before Mumei stabbed him and that made a green light?
my guess was that the white blood plasma was loaded into his gun.....

what I don't understand is where on earth the black and white blood plasma came from... and why are there 2 sets of them. I feel like I missed an ep

Since the artificial karbaneri schiit, it's just all out bs'ing until the last episode.

Nothing explained, nothing explored about the zombie horde or even worse the black/white blood that clearly surpass "research to fight them" as background.

I mean, if they can make those colony thingy out of the thin air, they surely should have studied them well enough to have a very suitable counter against the karbane.

My thoughts exactly. there was no development regarding the plasma. the ending was forced to a bare minimum.

they released the specs and i think it should be more or less with RX 480

https://www.techpowerup.com/223817/nvidia-geforce-gtx-1060-reference-board-design-and-clocks-confirmed

So that picture from Hong Kong w/ the 1060 stock design was the real deal. Looks pretty bad IMO so hopefully the aftermarkets look better.

But from the looks of it the RX 480 will only survive from its launch to the release of the GTX 1060 which will probably be very short lived. Most people who picked it up either bought into the hype or really needed a cheap 8GB card during that timeslot. It looks like the 1060 will completely dominate.

It all really depends on pricing now. I'd expect the 1060 to be close to the 480 in price (maybe a little more expensive b/c NVIDIA might want to make that higher power efficiency a selling point).

yeah saw that too

well if NVIDIA don't mess this up, they should be give 480 a punch, and i'll wait for 3rd party 480 and 1060 solution benchmark to be sure who is better.

Considering it's somewhat confirmed that the 1060 will only have 6GB of VRAM (plently for the resolution it's aimed at) the 480's main selling point over it will be the extra 2GB of VRAM at the same price at the cost of efficiency and some performance.
