A comment on the SW2 is they made an error supplying 3.5mn single end cable these tiny iems need power to perform after switching to 4.4mm balanced using the Shanling M6 Ultra on high gain at 40 or the Hiby R8 in turbo mode high gain volume set at 62 the bass deepens and warms up , improving dynamics, the imaging improves the resolution is more apparent the mids thicken up giving superb natural detailed vocals the treble is less strident.
Conversely on the Sony Nw-WM1A or Zx507 even on balanced the bass is there but not as satisfying the mids are thin but still natural timbre just recessed and the treble is more prominent.
With balanced and enough power the SW2 is unmatched in my collection and I have single DD iems over the £700 price bracket.
This and the OD200 are the perfect Ying and Yang of my collection

Almost certainly the greatest blind buy I've ever made.

I can't possibly be the only person to have got the Sonic Memory SW2 an iem that has confounded me with its chameleon like changes as it's burned in. In the hyperbolic environment we inhabit all too often iems get lauded as being exceptional. For me the SW2 actually is exceptional a unique presentation, when Tony Stark picks up a holographic orb and tosses it up and it explodes into all its individual components is the best way to describe what this tiny 8mm DD does to music. This super power is absolutely at its most obvious with 1970s recodings that can feel closed in they suddenly open up with air between instruments. Another example the latest Brothers Osbourne album is really dense treacle like production on the SW2 it breathes exposing intricate details normally hidden in the mix. If anyone else has these please come forward if only to prove I'm not deluded!

I blind bought. Had some shenzhen credit built up and thought would try out. They're sick. I'm not going to do a full review, but compared to my other single dds...which are few...they trounce...and trounce a fair number of my multi driver sets. Very mid forward with vocals popping up in front - I think some could be annoyed by this. very clear sound, nice texture on bass that can reach deep but infrequently, treble is well done to my tastes and never sibilant. soundstage on the small side and sense of space is just (just) outside of head. Really busy tracks...I think...might suffer a little.

All said, power hungry. I have these on my kinki amp low PO single ended and I can take the dial up between 10/11 o'clock...which is ridiculous. Sound anemic on my btr7.

Overall very pleasantly surprised.

Cable is dope...maybe the nicest looking cable I've ever gotten with a set. Have looked at the manufacturer's site and they are stupidly expensive....

Edit: tips are garbage. Have to say it.
