Letshuoer Galileo Earphone Review
Pros: Design
Overall Sound performance
Allrounder
Budget friendly
Cons: Treble
The Letshuoer Galileo Earphone with its 4.4mm jack promises to deliver an exceptional audio experience. As an avid music listener, I was eager to put these earphones to the test and discover if they truly lived up to their claims of superior sound quality. After using the Letshuoer Galileo extensively for the past few weeks, I am ready to share my detailed review.

Shout out to Hifigo for giving me an opportunity to review the Galileo. You can check out their site for galileo as well as others music gears. They ship world wide

Design and Build Quality:

The Letshuoer Galileo boasts a sleek and elegant design, exuding a sense of sophistication. As the name was taken after a great astronomer Galileo Galilei the design of faceplate was like Universe .To cope up with the design I have edited a taken picture with the universe in the background Lol. The earphones have a lightweight yet sturdy construction, ensuring durability while providing a comfortable fit for extended listening sessions. The 4.4mm gold-plated jack feels robust and securely connects to compatible devices without any signal loss or audio interference.

Accessories:
The Letshuoer Galileo comes with a variety of accessories that enhance the overall package. Apart from the multiple pairs of silicone ear tips in different sizes, it includes a sturdy carry case, a cleaning brush. At first opening the case was quite tough . I didn't want to break the case that's why watched a video on how to open galileo case on youtube .

2 (4).png

3 (4).jpg

4 (4).png

The included accessories not only offer convenience but also add value to the overall purchase. The cable was good enough , Looks premium. The high-quality oxygen-free copper silver-plated able was rigid , strong and tangled free. I have used the stock cable for listening music. I don't think you need to change the cable .I have chosen the 4.4mm connector .There was a variation of 3.5mm as well.

5 (3).png

7 (3).png

Sound Quality:

Speaking of comfort, the Galileo earphones are designed to fit snugly in the ear without causing discomfort or fatigue during extended use. The lightweight build and ergonomic design make them suitable for long listening sessions without any discomfort or ear fatigue.

When I have connected the earphone with a basic 4.4mm port directly . i didn't like the sound quality at first. I thought it is not a good earphone but later when i connected with an amp dac my perception was change and I started to like the earphone very much.

6 (4).png

For sound quality, the Galileo earphones genuinely shine. The incorporation of the 4.4mm balanced jack elevates the listening experience to a whole new level. The audio reproduction is outstanding, with an expansive soundstage and excellent instrument separation. The earphones excel in delivering a balanced and natural sound signature, making them suitable for a wide range of music genres.

The bass response too good which is tight and controlled, not overpowering, and yet delivers a satisfying punch.
The sub-bass more emphasized than the mid bass. The mid-bass is clear , not muddy . I just loved the drum kick while using galileo. That was like genuine in front of listening experience. Midrange frequencies are rich and warm, allowing vocals and instruments to shine without being overshadowed. The tonality is accurate and the timbre natural. Voice was great as well not recessed .

10 (2).png

9 (2).png

The treble is detailed and well-extended, offering crispness without being harsh or sibilant though there are some issues in the treble region for me. Sometimes it wass hurting my ears and putting me in discomfort in the ear for over crispness . Sometimes it feels like metalic. The Letshuoer Galileo provides above-average noise isolation, effectively blocking out most ambient sounds. This allows for a more immersive listening experience, especially in noisy environments. The included assortment of ear tips ensures a proper seal, contributing to both noise isolation and overall comfort.

8 (2).png

Conclusion:

In conclusion, the Letshuoer Galileo earphone with its 4.4mm jack is an audiophile's dream come true. Its exceptional sound quality, balanced sound signature, and comfortable design make it a top-tier option for music enthusiasts under 100$ budget . The 4.4mm jack enhances the audio performance, making it compatible with high-resolution audio players and amplifiers. While the Galileo earphones are not the most budget-friendly option on the market, the investment is undoubtedly worth it for music lovers seeking unparalleled sound quality. If you are willing to invest in a premium pair of earphones and value exceptional audio performance, the Letshuoer Galileo with its 4.4mm jack should be at the top of your list.

SIMGOT EA500, The best IEM under 80$
Pros: -2 different tunings with well execution
-Price is budget friendly
-Sufficient Bass
-Clear Sound
-Plug and play
-Balanced Sound
-Light weight
Cons: - Mirror finished faceplate got Scratched
- Treble
- Soundstage is Average
The Simgot ea500 is the new iem recently released by the simgot brand adopts a 10mm dual-magnetic-circuit and dual-cavity driver. Different from the two single magnetic circuit forms of "internal magnetic" or "external magnetic" commonly used in dynamic headphones, the dual-magnetic-circuit system of EA500 provides both internal and external magnetic circuits.Combined with the N52 magnet, this driver presents a powerful magnetic field and amazing performance. The dynamic range and transient capability have been greatly improved, providing a wider bandwidth range and lower distortion which gives the EA500 a stunning dynamic and sense of presence

The Diamond Like Carbon composite diaphragm of EA500 incorporates 3 kinds of different materials, which are used to build different parts. DLC is characterized by strong rigidity, high damping, and light-weight, and is used as a dome that determines the characteristics of treble.

1 (3).jpg

Features:-
>10mm Dual-Magnetic Circuit & Dual-Cavity Dynamic Driver Unit.
>4th-Generation DLC Composite Diaphragm.
>Dual Tuning & Dual Frequency Response Curve.
>Detachable Nozzle Design.
>High-Density Metallic Cavity Design.
>Mirror-Plating Process.
>Detachable 2-pin Cable Design.
>High-Purity Silver-Plated OFC Cable.

Termination Plug:-
>Driver: 10mm Dual-Magnetic-Circuit & Dual-Cavity Structure.
>Impedance: 16Ω±15%.
>Connectors: 0.78mm 2-pin.
>Frequency Response Range: 20Hz-20kHz.
>Sensitivity: 123dB/Vrms(Red Ring), 124dB/Vrms(Black Ring)

Packaging | Build Quality
Packaging was good enough . They provided all the needed things with the iem, extra nozzles for different sound signature, ring, 3 pairs eartips , handy carrying pouch and high purity silver plated OFC
with 0.78mm 2 pin connector.
The box of simgot ea500 provides a good vibe of a planet with eternal sky.

2 (3).jpg

The build quality of the shell was mirror finished. Now a days i saw many iem producers are trying to provide a mirror finished shiny faceplate which looks fabulous but got scratched easily. Same is happened with the simgot ea500
A screw is holding the two parts of the aluminium shell. The logo looks so premium as so the ea500 which is engraved on the side the ea500. There are two vent on inner part of the iem .

3 (3).jpg

The weight of earpieces are well distributed and i was not feeling heavy on my ear while wearing them. i used the smaller sized eartip that was okay for me and isolation was alright

Sound:

Now it is the time to talk about the important part a earphone.

Simgot tried to play fair and seek attention to all by providing 2 types of detachable nozzle
I have used both the nozzle ,Red silicon ring was based on the universal tuning Herman curve which is the "jack of all trades". But to me the black nozzle was more preferable.

4 (3).jpg

It was their own tuning which was similar to their other iem ea2000. They used a filter foam on the black nozzle.Instrument Separation was good, clear although they were playing coherently, balanced
Sibilance was present in the treble, Resolution was high so i was getting detailed sound.
Vocal was recessed on the red nozzle but was slightly forwarded and articulated on the black nozzle.

5 (2).jpg

Bass was good but its speed was quick and fast.
I saw a comment that one modded them by covering up the vent next to the nozzle with a bandaid and the bass became more emphasized. Lol a cheap and effective way to increase the bass although there are enough by default
Bass strings' sound was good on the red nozzle , one the piano sound was playing well on the black ring nozzle with the filter inside it.

6 (3).jpg

The EDM song sound was soothing on the red nozzle. But for the female voice black nozzle was more perfect. Other things were similar on both the nozzle.

7 (2).jpg

Conclusion:
I am confident that i will definitely buy this when there is a bidget issue and only have 80 bucks budget in hands. Also it is providing a option to change the nozzle. Changing the foam inside the nozzle can also create another signature . So it is a great iem to experiment with.

2* AK4493SE as dac chipset
Premium build quality
Huge power on outputs
Ldac, aptx-HD Hi-res low latency wireless codecs

Old OS, atleast 9 is prefarable
Tempotec seems to be very experienced while releasing their new products.
Previously their released items like sonata hd pro, sonata hd III / V, sonata e35, sonata MHD have already drawn attention among the music lovers. Their last released dap was the V1A(2019) which was obviously not android os supported but was full of good specs like AKM4377ECB dac that decodes 768khz/32bit, DSD direct stream digital, LDAC for Bluetooth,1200 mah battery at 0nly 100$

Now they have come with their latest Android dap Tempotec V6 Variations.I think .Tempotec team has done a lot of R&D works before launching the V6. Because it seems to be a great DAP with less price. The V6 is available now on kickstarter only at 279$ with a free 64gb memory card, one year warranty & Worldwide free shipping.

Many many thanks to Tempotec for giving me an opportunity to test the Tempotec V6 but of course that will not influence my review.

As long as connected to WIFI, you can enjoy music by stream media app including but not limited to TIDAL, Spotify, Qobuz ,Deezer and Apple music.
Deeply optimized OS: SRC bypass architecture makes music transferring efficiently at low latency.

Physical Appearance:
I am assuming Tempotec has decided to follow the trend and put a glass panel on the back of the dap. The device is robust and brickish. Although the weight is only 200 gram similarly to a phone but it feels that I am holding something heavy . The weight distribution is not like a phone as the dap size is slightly smaller than mobiles .It does not leave any space in my hand when I hold it but It can be held in one hand and easily operable with single hand . The upper bezel is tiny but the bottom bezel is a bit too large. The volume rolling button worked very effectively . After just rolling the button there is the appearance of the volume atmospheric layer on the display which helps adjust volume directly from the display. The volume is securely placed inside the groove of the body. So accidental volume level displacement will not happen. I still remember once I was travelling, keeping the hidizs ap80 pro in my pocket. Then it's volume wheel got turned to the highest sound accidentally and I got completely deaf for a few seconds and got headache later on that day.

Under the volume button there is a Indication light which was supposed to work as below.

PCM ≤ 48kHz: Blue.
PCM 64kHz - 192kHz: Green.
PCM > 192kHz: Orange.
DSD: White.
Charging/low battery (< 20 %): Red.

3 (2).jpg

I am saying it was supposed to work because these functions do not work on my unit.
It only shows red light while charging but does not change color according to the music frequency . It even does not show any responses. Under the indication light there are three buttons for play and pause, next track, previous track. These buttons works perfectly without any issues. On the left side there is a micro sd card slot which supports upto 1TB.
I have liked the provided free pu leather case very much. It feels very premium. It covers up the V6 splendidly. Every buttons and volume wheel was easily accessible over the cover.

On the bottom side of the V6 there are 4 output points
4.4mm Balanced Line Out(LO)
3.5mm Single Ended Line Out(LO)
4.4mm Balanced Phone Output(PO)
3.5mm Single Ended Phone Output(PO)
LO = Line Out for running into an external amplifier with stereo RCA plugs

4 (2).jpg

I have used both PO and LO using only IEM .
The sound was very low on LO then the PO at the same volume level.

So the DAP can be used as a source using external Amplifiers on Line out port for power hungry IEM and Headphones. I must say it is a very useful thing for many people who have high impedance Audio Gears. The golden ports are made of well quality equipments and soldered farmly.Type C input port for charging can also be used with other amplifiers if required. Thus the sound and vrms can also be increased

Display:
Tempotec V6 has 4.2", 720 Pixel display which is okay as a dap. I have run a app called Cpu-Z which is actually an app that reads and verifies the internal specs then shows the results . That app is showing it has 4.68" display . I guess the app added the bezel size along with the display's actual size . There is a slightly yellowish hue on the screen like a burn display which I didn't like much but i cannot complain for a dap because there are some other 1000$+ dap whose displays are like this and moreover music quality is the main issue here. The picture quality is very sharp and the brightness is very high. I set the brightness at 20% only. But I have a big complaint about the display quality because I have found out light is flickering from 2 points from the bottom bezel. E books can easily be read from the dap .

5 (1).jpg

Battery:
Battery is about 4550mah, I got a good battery back up from the V6. When I turned off the wifi at night and later checked the battery the next morning, battery drainage was only about 3 %. But if I kept the wifi on then the drainage would be about 15-20%. On average Battery performance is 12 – 15 hrs . It would take 1.5-2 hours to fully charge the dap. When I tried to charge the dap with a 10Watt (5V-2A) adapter the dap didn't take any charge . It takes charge with 5/6W adapter only.

OS:
The operating system is 8.1 which is pretty old but for a dap i think it is okay . The apps work perfectly . I have installed Youtube, Tidal, Spotify, and Qobuz . These apps work smoothly without any issue , without any bugs, I can easily transfer files from my phone to my dap through the Share it app. 3rd Party apps can be installed from sites without any hassle. Although Qobuz is not available in my country, I could install it from a 3rd party source and could run well on my V6. 2.4 ghz and 5ghz both wifi bandwidth works flawlessly. I heard some v6 reviewers were facing issues with their v6 but I didn't have to face any. But I wish if the android version was at least 9 .that would have been better.

6 (2) (1).jpg

Sound:
Now here comes the main part of the dap. I would like to describe about the bluetooth connection first. The V6 supports bluetooth 5.0 with latest Codec like LDAC,AAC,APTX-HD which are the latest codecs that supports low latency sound transfer . LDAC enables the transmission of audio content, including High Resolution (Hi-Res) Audio, at the maximum bitrate of 990kbps even over Bluetooth. When I connected the dap with my Anker soundcore boost speaker and played a song I was very amazed . The sound was so clear . When I played songs with other devices connected to my boost the sound be sounded like bloomy , bassy and the vocal was recessed . But this V6 dap as a source performs really amazing . The vocals were forward , the whole song got a new dimension. I was even able to hear the the residue voices while finishing a line and about to start the next line on my speaker which I get to hear with another device as a source.

Now it's time to talk about the ports output. My Iems were Little dot cu red, Rose technics QT9 M2ks/QT 7 pro 2 , Tralucent 1+X plus 10th year Edition, tri audio meteor, Kinera skuld, Anew x1, Shanling ME80.

I have Actually used the high gain mode all the time when using the v6 with iems.its seems high gain always gave better output with great resolution to me. When using in high gain mode I have to set the volume to 50%-60. But It seems that high gain increases volume within a few decibels , not significantly high like my m15 dongle (near price). The v6 has opa1612 operational apmifier. Previously I have used Haa Fee H9 Amplifier which was so good using the same OPA1612 Op-amp. So the V6 has a very good equipment for amping.

7 (1).jpg

8 (1).jpg

Tempotec V6 is a kind of neutral sounding Dap, Sound is natural and clear, The provided sound is not bright or sharp .Rather, it is a kind of warm sound which was very soothing for me. I have downloaded 2 files from the tempotech v6 site page to check out the timber of Chinese Zither. Timber ( which does mean tone quality) was very much accurate .The echoes of the melody was easily audible. I did like the Zeither sound although I did not like this kind of instrument music. But this kind of instrumental music really helps to better understand the source/iem/headphone quality.

The bass is alright on the V6. Previously I liked boomy bass. But as I am growing older I am moving towards mid-centric . This dap can easily provide bass to bass heavy v shaped IEM/Headphones. Bas is enough, not excessive, do not bleed. Drum kick was punchy and was so satisfying for me for this dap

The vacal is okay as well. For me it seems to stay at a fixed distance all the time for most of the song. Clean and do not get mixed with other instruments. It's neither recessed nor forwarded. But the guitar string's edge was rounded . I wished it would be a bit more sharp.

I always remain afraid of treble, I cannot bear high treble and sibilance. But it seems the V6 has handled the treble perfectly .

The V6 was also providing me with a holographic realization while listening to music. There was not any hissing or noise while using it and no harsh. The way it was delivering sound from low to high without any compression was really superb. I could easily separate where the instruments were playing. There were remarkable spaces between the instruments with good texture.

The dap can be used for a long time . No heating issue, does not get any issue. Qobuz , Tidal, and Spotify were working great. There is a dedicated mseb to customize the Equalizer. If anyone has any bright sounding iem they can easily make their eq to make them warm sounding . MSEB is very helpful.

9 (1).jpg

Conclusion:
There is a line that says "Shut up and take my money" when anyone is desperate to see the specs, features, reviews. I would love to use that line for this Tempotec variation V6 Dap. For sound it is definitely worth buying and the sound quality is impressive but I think they must have to work with the display, the notification bar, OS . The OS has some bugs which need to be updated by publishing a Firmware asap. For 279$ the display is okay but when it will become 400$ then the display should be updated. Under 300$ there aren't any good options available for android as far as i know. So anyone can go for it blindly.

Dongle has now become a must have auxiliary product for anyone which helps a lot to get better output from even a phone. Sometimes it may not be possible to buy or carry an external big size amp/dac or dap when you are travelling
Dongle has made that easy. From the beginning of the release the m15 has attracted so many people that i also wished to check it out

Previously I have used dongles but those were not as pricey as this one. So I was a little bit worried about whether it would be able to give me performances according to its price . The price was about 250$. But later I got relaxed after experiencing the Questyle M15
There was another dongle m12 from the same company at half of it's (M15) price which was also a good dongle as far as I am oncerned.Yeah I cannot afford all the dongles but i always keeps updates from local friends and colleagues.

Questyle’s Current Mode Amplifiers are characterized by their small footprint, low voltage operation, and minimal power consumption. Current Mode amplification has a naturally low impedance, affording the M15 a bandwidth up to 1MHz, distortion as low as 0.0003%, and the ability to reproduce every detail hidden deep within any track.

2 (1).jpg

Unboxing:
Unboxing Experience was quite interesting for me. Come in a premium small black box . It was wise of questyle to use a small and light weighted box because in my country tax is sometimes implemented on the size of the box.
I got an extra type C to Ios cable & Black Leather Case (worth of 25$). But the original package does not have the ios cable. Apple product users need
to buy that cable separately at 20$
Usually the following items comes in the box

3 (1).jpg

1 x Questyle M15 Ultra Portable USB DAC/Amplifier
1 x USB Type-C to USB Type-C Low Profile Cable
1 x USB Type-A to USB Type-C Low Profile Cable
1 x Print Material (Instruction Manual & Guarantee Card)

10 (1).jpg

Appearance:
Small , handy , Compact size . Very light weighted. One of the side of M15 was covered with a glass faceplate which tends to see the inside beautiful structure of the M15
It also represents the transparency of the questyle that truely used inside the dongle. There are 2 ports on the dongle.
One is 3.5mm Single Ended (with CTIA support for headphones featuring phone calls) and the other one is 4.4mm balanced TRRS port. One the corner of the m15 there is a button to adjust the gain with high and low.
I was disappointed that there is no volume rocker button. I mean it is not mandatory but it helps sometimes. One the bottom of the m15 there is type c port to bypass the sound

Sound Impressions:
I have Actually used the high gain mode all the time when using the m15 with iems.its seems High gain always gave better output with great resolution to me. When using in high gain mode I have to set the volume to 50% . Its could be easily understand that the output has great amping capacity as well

The device I used was Samsung galaxy note 8 and my laptop. As mentioned on the specification I do not need any driver to install to use M15
The provided type c cable was good but I tried other type c cables as well. Those work perfectly without any issue. I liked the dd hifi tc05 instead of the stock cable. But I must say the build quality and material of the ios cable (Which needs to buy separately at 20$) was much better than the stock type c cable
6.jpg

When i first plugged the m15 in my mobile and played a song from spotify I was feeling what is this, is that the small chilli with extreme hot. The details , the energy , the transparency , the separation (although provided by the IEM,but I got better using the m15 that couldn't be found with others dongles) was too much good
I am an iem guy so all of my testing unit was iem.

Questyle m15 is a kind of neutral sounding dongle, Sound is natural and crystal clear, Good clarity.
It was providing a non-colorized sound. very detailed and wide
While using it with IEMs in my room i didn't get any background noise with 50% Sound. It was like I was sitting in a quiet place.
It has really surprised me because I have never found my iems can detach me from the sound of the world. M15 got me recognized to my iems with their new identities.Because usually i didn't get this kind of good result
My Iems were Little dot cu red, Rose technics QT9 M2ks/QT 7 pro 2 , Tralucent 1+X plus 10th year Edition, tri audio meteor, Kinera skuld, Anew x1, Shanling
m15 was also providing me a holographic realization while listening to music and giving me synchronous rhythm.
There was not any hissing or noise while using it.

7.jpg

The way it was delivering sound from low to high without any compression was really superb
Bass was good as well.Punchy, Not boomy.Sound does not fatigue. For me, excess bass could cause a headache. so bass was in good amount from the m15
I have tried to play some only vocal songs to better understand the vocal. Both male and female were great on the m15. The residue voices while finishing a line and about to start the next line was easily audible.
For songs with music the Voices were forwarded then the other instruments and I could easily separate where the instruments were playing. There were remarkable spaces between the instruments with good texture.
The way m15 upscale the whole music to upper grade without any issue was not only good but excellent. Airy vibes were present there as well
But sometimes I was facing some issues with treble. It was providing high pitch on some songs which really hurt my ear.
The soundage reproduction was accurate and had good depth.

I have sometimes used the m15 for about 3/4 hour at a stretch. The battery drain of my Samsung galaxy note 8 was minimal. The heat generated on m15 was very much low. I have used the leather cover with it. But i have checked the dongle temperature by removing the cover also. Does not produce any excess heat
It got heated slightly

8.jpg

Conclusion:
I would like to rate it 5/5 after examining it for a long period of time.As I keep news about the local audio market in my country I get to learn that people are going crazy behind it. This has become their first choice if the budget is not a problem to them.
Spending 250$ for it is worthy but i would like to get a better type c to type c cable at this price point. Also Iphone users have to pay an extra amount of money for the ios cable. That could be provided free like some other brands.
I am hoping that the M15 will be my daily driver from now on . Because the output it is providing according to size is really praiseable.
For many people it was a problem for them not having a volume rocker button but i didn't miss the volume button that much. Yes it was needed for me to increase the sound sometimes but i could increase from the phone

Highly Recommended. The Questyle M15 can be bought directly from Questyle, Hifigo or from local dealers. Questyle has many dealers around the world.

I don't think that driving power of this dongle is huge by the given specs.

After using about 8 months now I am writing about my feelings, about my experiences about the BQEYZ Spring 2

Since it was my first tribrid earphone so I was very much excited about it. I have never heard about bqeyz before 2020. So, Spring 2 was my first earphone from Best Quality Earphone for You Z (Full form of bqeyz) brand. Before getting the spring 2 I saw some reviews about the spring 1 and then decided to give a try the spring 2.

After searching on Facebook, I found Elle from BQEYZ brand. We talked about some technical matters about the Spring 2. Elle showed me some photos of spring 2 during production. I will be attached those below. While I was waiting for my shipment to be arrived, I talked to Elle more about it. The main differences from spring 1 was Different Tuning, Dynamic Driver, Piezo Electric driver

The 1st Spring came on September 2019 and the 2nd spring came on August 2020.
So now let’s jump to the main review

Packaging:

The package is perfect in size and also perfect in weight. The package weight sometimes means a lot who imports from abroad. The front design of the front side box was outstanding

Inside the Box:

Earphones itself

4 Core Single Crystal Copper cable

1 pair Foam Ear tips

Cleaning Brush

Hard zipper carrying box (Very Useful)

6 Pairs Ear tips (I didn’t like the Ear tips quality though, nowadays many companies provide branded ear tips. So, I was expecting something like that)

Design:

I think they have used the same body that they produced for the spring, only the difference is Wave and round cut on the edge between them. As like the iPhone 5 and iPhone SE Body. But it is a good initiative to not to waste anything from previous production.

Aluminum Body, CNC cut, Smooth metal polish and the finishing is matte. There will be feelings that you are holding a premium Earpiece. Metallic red ring around the surface of the faceplate. 3 vents on the inner body. Sufficient, Nozzle is slightly long but not a problem for me.

Comfort:

Many people want to know whether they can use while sleeping, or will it be painful if they sleep on the bed attaching their ear to the bed/pillow surface. Some people want to know whether they can use while using transport/in sub way. There is so much noise on public transport and all They want to buy an earphone which can completely the outside noise.

I will say yes definitely you can use while sleeping, no sharp edges, not aching on the ear. The earphone is very comfortable to wear. Infect the cable is not itching on the ear if you use this spring 2 for a long time.

For sound isolation if you chose an ear tips that perfectly fit in your ear then no outside sound can enter into the ear.

Drivers:

Tribrid. The exceptional driver in it is the piezoelectric driver.

“Piezoelectric speakers are similar to electrodynamic speakers in that they are able to convert a potential difference into motion. ... Traditional electrodynamic speakers are made by passing electrical current through coils of wire in the presence of a magnetic field. “(Source: Internet)

Sound: I didn’t like the provided ear tips actually. So, I changed the ear tips before trying the earphones. And I used the provided cable. Since I do not have the spring 1 so I cannot make comparison between them.

SO as this has a planer magnetic driver which actually needs a great power source to drive it, an external amplifier is mandatory for it to drive to its maximum potential.

The sound is W shaped. The three drivers respond differently in terms of speed.

The sound frequency is linear in the bass section. The bass seems to be neutral & tight. The more accurate word for the bass section is it is balanced. From the frequency curve it also can be verified. But not a bass heavy earphone obviously. Sometimes the mid bass bleed. The sound is not that much in detailed for all kind of song but it is articulate and detailed if the song is voice centric or very few 2/3 instrument is playing. The sound has More Natural Tuning.

The male vocal has good textured, warmth. The vocal has lively appearances. Mids. smooth. There were enough drum kicks, Body weight is good which makes the vocal clean. Crisp more likely. The treble section is handled by the piezoelectric driver. Here the magic begins for treble by the piezo electric driver. This material driver was invented many years ago but the producer could not make it such that it can coherently work with the other drivers. But I think BQEYZ made that possible and this uncommon 9-layer Piezo electric driver is the main reason to exceed 100$ price point.

The treble is not harsh nor fatigue. Sibilant is pretty sharp. Air is not sufficient. I think this earphone is great for those who loves treble and intolerable for treble sensitive people

The Problem I have Faced:

While I connected directly to my laptop sometimes, I feel an electric spark on my left ear and it cause me itching on the ear. Changing the cable has not solved the problem also. But when I use it with a mobile device/ dac then nothing happens. Please let me know if you also faced same kind of issue

Kinera Freya Review
Pros: Excellent Design,Enriched with Many accessories, Suond Imaging, Driveability, Absent of Harhness,Vocal does not fade away in instrument
Cons: Not up to the mark in sound quality according to its price, Less Bass, Colored Sound in some point
"Crafted with Elegance
Evolved in Perfection"

That's not my words, found on Freya's box. Surprisingly I found it to be TRUE.

Many Many Thanks to Yumu Song , the beautiful co-founder of HiFiGo for providing me this review unit.

Kinera has always chosen Goddess's Name (From Mythology) for naming their models.
Freya the word comes from a Norse mythology goddess Freya (Ancient Norse for “(the) Lady”) that is related with cherish, excellence, richness, sex, war, gold, and seiðr.

It's must have been difficult for Kinera to make a connection between love/beauty and war/gold. But I must say they were successful with their excellent skill to design the models by blooming the true meaning of Freya.

2.jpg

3.jpg

Design:
In design Kinera Freya is very unique. There are two designs. One is Purple which represents the Love and Beauty and the other one is Black version represents the war and gold with Gold power inside the Shell.

I choose the black colored and it seems to be a presentation of Earth to me with gold inside it.
Kinera's great craftsmen has used unique techniques to concentrate on the full cavity painting of each shell.

Build Quality:
Very light in weight. You can sleep wearing this on.
It is a hybrid IEM with 4 Drivers
I think excess number of drivers are not mandatory where there are quality full drivers
Consist of 3 Balance Armature and 1 Dynamic Driver.
2 Knowles balanced armature drivers RAF-32873×2 deliver incredible midrange & vocal clarity.
1 Kinera’s customized BA 30095 driver produces the well extended, balanced treble
and Kinera’s 7mm micro-dynamic driver offers a rich, deep bass reproduction.

4.jpg

5.jpg

6.jpg

Accessories:

This is my first IEM which comes with every necessary accessories that needs for an earphone to drive with all kind of Devices
The carrying box is very beautiful. On the first look it seems to be a make-up box but that's wrong. Freya uses the 2 core 0.78mm 2 pin connector with a 3.5mm jack stock cable
3.5mm-type-C and 5 pairs Final E series Eartips (Saves my money for buying extra eartips) .There are also a 3.5mm-Apple earphone converter, 3.5mm-4.4mm Converter pin, a nozzle cleaning tools and some extra eartips

7.jpg

8.jpg

9.jpg

Drivability:
The multi-driver Freya produces a frequency response of 20Hz-20,000Hz at a sensitivity of 110dB, with only 22Ω of impedance.
So high-quality sound can be experienced with any device.
An Amp is not mandatory

Isolation:
its around-the-ear design is ergonomic that provides a great noise isolation at medium to upper volume.

Sound Quality:
Now it's time for Sound Check

Sound Stage & Separation:
Sound Stage is very wide and deepth, i was able to understand where which components were giving sound

10.jpg

Bass:
20Hz to 80Hz: Sub-bass
80Hz to 200Hz: Mid-bass
They are not bass cannons but has sufficient Bass.
There is a rolled off situation in the Sub-Bass. Bass and kick does not mixed up.lack the ramble

Mids:
200Hz to 800Hz: Lower midrange
800Hz to 1,500Hz: Centre midrange
1,500Hz to 5,000Hz: Upper midrange
Vocal does not fade away under the bass or any other instrument, Very clear and straight forward
Female Voice is slightly shouty,Male Vocal is Fuller and recessed.Haven't experienced the harsh sound
Very Good Clarity, Can hear the sounds in details

Highs:
5K Hz to 20KHz
From the frequency response curve we can see that there is a decay approximately at 5700Hz.thats means edge has been decayed. that's also the part of sibilance
Treble is boosted. Again drop on 17K Hz. Pierce decayed. Air in upper treble is seems to be excess

Conclusion:
No doubt Freya is one of the best IEM in looks, in design, Enriched with Sufficient Accessories with a beautiful case.
But in sound quality it seems to be not up to the mark for me in some sections according to price. Some extra Sub Bass could be done here.
I feel the sound was colored sometimes. To me 150$-170$ was a perfect price with this sound quality and accessories
But there is no problem to pay extra 50$ for their 6 Hours Hand Paint Job

KBEar Diamond Review
Pros: Awesome Build Quality
Provides all needed accessories, Cable doesn't require any upgradation
Love it's Bass
Non-Sibilant, Non-Fatigue
Doesn't sound Harsh
Excellent for those who cannot tolerate Treble.
Isolation is too good
Cons: Recessed Vocal
Sometimes Muddy in Mid
Sound separation & imaging is average
Let's get straight forward to the Review without any un-necessary description

Engineering Talk:

The reason behind it's name "Diamond" is it's Driver's material. The KBEar diamond has a DLC or Diamond-Like-Carbon Coated PET Diaphragm .DLC has the rigidity of Diamond and the conductivity of Graphene which is basically a low power consumed isotope of Carbon.

PET or polyethylene terephthalate is a kind of poly film on which the DLC material is coated. The PET mainly works for LOW frequency.
The Processing of DLC is slightly complicated that's why the Diamond cost like 69$ which can be said is accurate.

2.1.JPG

Build Quality:

Build quality is up to the mark. It has a gorgeous look. CNC Cut, smooth finishing, true carbon fiber on the faceplate. 8.5mm single Diver inside the earphone.

5.JPG

I have liked it's color most because Olive and Black are my favourite colors. Slightly weighted like 12gram each but I haven't felt bother for long time use. Shiny copper nozzle which is perfect in size. there are 2 vent. The 1st one near the pin connector and 2nd one is on the nozzle.

6.jpg

Accessories:

The Carrying pouch is made of PU Leather, Skin is rubbery. The pouch gives a Aristocrat feel.
There are total 7 pairs Ear tips. 2 pairs are made of foam (very wide bore) ad others are made of silicon.
The stock cable is fantastic. 8 core OFC(Oxygen-Free-Copper) 0.78mm Cable provides smooth sound with articulate bass. Tangled free. It is not compulsory to change or upgrade the stock cable but if you wish you can do that.

Sound Quality:

Bass:

The earphone is made of a single Dynamic Driver which is basically designed for LOWs.The Sound Signature is V-Shaped. The bass is wide and of good depth but not punchy.Power full source can significantly make the bass more broaden.

Sub Bass could be separated from mid bass and it dominates mid bass.
Actually Sub Bass is more clear and articulated. As it is made of DLC driver and the transient response is smooth so the speed of attack and decay was good too.The mid bass was slightly bleeded which make it warmth sounding.
Overall the diamond has good weighted Bass.

Mids:

If you you like vocal then any other things then it is definitely not for you. Male voice slightly recessed but does not fade away under the instrument sound. But it does not have any problem if the voice slow. Female voices were muddy in some songs.Tonally accurate, The guitar and Strings sounds good.
It's mids is different from most of the Asian Sound signature.

Treble:

The upper mids start to increase and continues till about 4.5 kHz.
The sound is crunched here, does not get harsh. less sibilance is present in this earphone. Because the frequency which is liable for sibilance was decaying which is a positive thing for many people. That's why it does not sound fatigue.
The added energy at 8.5khz (pierce) and 12.5khz which gives some air. Extension was missing. It is a good success in Highs for those who could not tolerate the treble or sibilance.

3.1.JPG

Soundstage/Imaging
Instrument sound and voice come together Coherency. The sounds coming from upper sides/central side cannot be separated , so it is not for gaming obviously

Isolation:
I will not like to say anything about it , I will give 10/10 in this matter.

Conclusion:

The KBEAR Diamond is value for the money.
There aren't any complain about the Build/accessories/Cable. Vocal could be more fuller, Separation could be more better.
Non Sibilant, Non-Fatigue, Excellent in Bass. Accurate Timbre and tonality is great. It has perfect fit for most of the users and has great isolation.
If you like Rock , Metal, or instrumental songs ,not a fan of vocal based song, love a lot of bass then this is definitely for you .

I was lucky to find a used unit at Amazon for 30ish.

Bass texture is quite good but the overall tuning is too V-shaped for my taste.

Not a bad IEM overall, accessories are excellent for the price.
