Stax seems to have a lot of really good designs out there. I've always wanted a pair of SR-L300s but that's a long-term goal at this point.- Yeeterkeeter

I agree that the 99 classics are damn good lookin, they’re the headphones I plan on buying next. The series six is more stylish and futuristic rather than “classically” beautiful. They look sleek, and are lookers in their own right.- Yeeterkeeter

Most Beautiful headphones that you own?
For me, it is either the Audeze MM-100 or the AKG K712 Pros. One feels beautiful and luxurious, while the other is a real head-turner, respectively.- Yeeterkeeter

Review by 'Yeeterkeeter' on item 'AKG K712 Pro'
This is my first review on this site, so if I make any errors please let me know Physical Build: Eh... it's cheap feeling, with plastics everywhere, making it feel flimsy. The leather headband is nice, and the plush earpads feel great, but I can't get over the creaking noises they make when I...- Yeeterkeeter

Best Headphones for Listening to Cassettes?
I’ve heard that Grados are very good for listening to cassettes, since they have a lot of top end, and the muddiness of the cassettes makes them sound softer than they normally would be, but since I haven’t listened to grados with cassettes (since I don’t own grados) but that makes sense to me- Yeeterkeeter

Best Headphones for Listening to Cassettes?
I am a huge fan of cassettes, and as such, I have a very large collection. The issue I run into while listening is the overemphasized top end and the shallow feeling bass. Even while using Dolby NR, I still find that the top end is way too loud, and it makes the bass problem even worse. Overall...- Yeeterkeeter

New Member Introductions thread
I've been here since October, but I've never gotten the chance to introduce myself. I got into the hobby in April of 2023, started with speakers, and then found headphones more enjoyable and affordable. I've been running my headphones through a Schiit audio Vali: Beyerdynamic DT-990s, AKG K712...- Yeeterkeeter

Grado Fan Club!
Thanks for the advice! I won't be using it for a while, since I just got new headphones (MM-100s), and I want to try those out before I try any other headphones. I will keep this in mind though.- Yeeterkeeter

Grado Fan Club!
I've always found Grados very cool, although I don't think I will ever get myself a pair because of the small earcups. I have big ears, and I am not a big fan of headphones that rest on your ears. I prefer the ones that sit around your ears. If anyone knows if there are big Grado earpads out...- Yeeterkeeter

DT-990 PRO 250 OHM First Impressions
Today I finally got my DT-990’s, and got my first chance to listen to them on my stereo system. Fit: 9/10 They feel terrific, and fit great. I appreciate the removable arch cover, and solid feeling ear pads, which help in elevating the listening experience. The cable is a wee bit annoying...- Yeeterkeeter

Hello all!
